Unnoticed Treasures

Sometimes, when it is very still, you see them: The way the rubber tree plant tries to mend its broken leaf with it's own version of a bandaid...
The iridescent colors on the stained glass window...
Tiny footprints in the dust on the piano...
The clump of moss on the shady part of the roof...
The intricate reflections of marble on wood...
A glowing blue glass in the sunlight,
...that spilled its blueberry brightness on the fridge.

I {heart} Our Big Lawn...

And C {heart}'s me enough to mow it...

Surprise!!!

We came home to see: Our driveway...
Our broken sprinkler line...

...but it got better.
Happy Ending: A NEW Driveway!

I love a good giggle. One of my favorite giggle-generating blogs is Cake Wrecks. Check out the cutest ever shoes and purses cakes. Sundays are the days when you will see confectionery genius at work. The rest of the week, well, proceed with caution. :D
